Who are CCO-Consult?

CCO-Consult is a young consulting company established in the year 2000.

The Managing Director, Dr. Roland CONCIN, is however well known and respected in the food and drinks industry.

For ten years he was in charge of the expansion of one of the largest European fruit juice businesses with his main responsibility being for technique and production.

During this period his work involved various aspects including the building of new factories, introduction of new production methods and the implementation of quality management systems.

Previous to his time in the food and drinks Industry, Dr Roland Concin had already gained several years industrial experience in the cement industry, first as Production Manager and later as Plant Manager.

Dr Roland Concin is a graduated in industrial Chemistry. After his studies, he completed research projects at the University and Industry, making the move into a more economically dependent role at the beginning of the 80's.

Dr Roland Concin brings over 20 years of experience in Industry to his new role of Independent Management Consultant.

How does CCO-Consult operate ?

The CCO-Consult processes projects independently and takes, if necessary, qualified and experienced partners into the project team.

How does CCO-Consult approach a project ?
	We usually lead a noncommittal first discussion.

	If you believe, that CCO-Consult can be of use for you, we define in consultation with you the exact scope and schedule of the project.

	At any given time you will have a clear overview of the project status and the costs involved.

	All projects can be agreed upon with notices-, abort- and cancellation-clauses.

	For us it is crucial, that the customer sees advantages in a consultation with CCO-Consult.
